First major tour of the UK in over a decade, ‘I Look To You’ singer Whitney Houston has announced

The UK tour to Whitney Houston for the first time in over a decade.The singer ‘I Look to You’ will play five arena dates starting next April in venues across England and Scotland.Whitney said: “‘My Love Is Your Love’ this is ny first full tour in 1999 and I am so excited to be performing for my fans around the world after all this time."I am putting together a great show and cannot wait to perform the songs from my new album ‘I Look to You’ along with some of your favourites."The 46 year old star will also make a TV appearance on talent show ‘The X Factor’ this Sunday (18.10.09) her first UK TV appearance in 12 years.Whitney who has sold over 140 million albums worldwide is making her long awaited musical return after overcoming drug addiction.Whitney’s UK tour will start in Manchester on April 8 before moving to Glasgow, Birmingham, Newcastle and London.The rest of her European dates will also see her perform in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Belgium.
